NMU discusses collaboration with Ballast Water Project

NMU partners attended the kick-off meeting of the North Sea Ballast Water Opportunity Interreg IVb project in Hamburg. During the meeting our NMU representatives, Prof. Peter Iriminger of Bremen University of Applied Sciences and Susanne Neumann of Kiel University of Applied Sciences, discussed future collaboration between the project in the area of maritime transport and the environment. NMU is looking forward to integrate the industry's knowledge on ballast water in the newly developed NMU module - Maritime Transport and the Environment.
