NMU input to the White paper on future challenges of the transport sector

eu future transportIn its Communication on “A sustainable future for transport: Towards an integrated, technology-led and user friendly system”, the European Commission is encouraging all interested parties to contribute their views on what policy measures are needed to address the future challenges of the transport sector. Purpose of this public consultation is to update the White Paper of the European Commission issued in 2001 setting an agenda for the future European transport policy.

Gordon Wilmsmeier (Transport Research Institute) and Thomas Pawlik (University of Applied Sciences Kiel) formulated on behalf of the NMU a response “Enhancing the innovation capacity of the European transport industry” as input to this public consultation.
